Ulanda C. Caldwell, CEO
Ulanda Caldwell is the owner of Multicultural Voices United. She is a Management Analyst with Public Relations and Fundraising Management experience. She has over 10 years experience within the corporate and non-profit industries.
Ulanda has received accolades in area of Business Process Management. Her project/risk management and business skills are continuously enhanced with creating and maintaining project planning, metrics analysis, team communication, strategic planning, risk analysis, report generation, and documentation control. Her previous employers include Pfizer, Inc., the University of Michigan Hospitals, Visteon Headquarters and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.
Ulanda's nonprofit experience began with her employment with the American Bar Association within the Section of Litigation and the Justice Center’s Standing Committee on Judicial Independence in the capacity of ensuring the national legal environment received and remained active with new legal policies, received their continue legal education credits (CLE), model codes, ethics, and the Law. Ulanda has managed and traveled to grant funded, strategic legal programs/ forums which are customized nationwide.
Ulanda's current education includes pursuit of a dual degree from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, MI in which she has received her MBA (Nonprofit Graduate Certification) and pending her Masters in Global Leadership Management .
Ulanda's education background includes: an AA Degree – Paralegal Studies from Robert Morris University in Chicago, IL; BA Degree in Business Administration from Baker College in Allen Park, MI and Project Management Certification Training with the Project Management Institute (PMI), New Horizon, Livonia, MI.
